Hudson Bistro & Bar — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

We were super excited to try this place, unfortunately ot was a huge bust. We were a party of 10 celebrating a birthday and Mother's day. The appetizers were ok. The fried cauliflower was too salty, but the other appetizers were fine. We waited over an hour and a half for our entrees and then when it was served the chicken pargiot was burned to a crisp making it inedible. We ordered 3 steaks medium rare. They either were rare or well done. When sending the rare back to be cooked a little more, it was sent back well done. $700 later , 5 people of our party left without eating. They tried to make it right with free drinks and dessert, but unfortunately at those prices, we will not be returning.

I ordered the oyster steak with a side of onion rings and a side salad, as well as golden fried cauliflower as an appetizer. The steak was cooked well and was relatively flavorful, however, the onion rings' breading was very tough and made it almost inedible, the side salad was reasonable. The fried cauliflower on the other hand was not a very decent-sized portion for the cost and inside of the breading the cauliflower was very mushy. Additionally, there was only one server and he was running around the hotel it seemed and so was not very attentive And, as I mentioned, this is inside of a hotel and the ambiance was not what you'd expect from a place that serves food at this...

The restaurant is in the hotel. The hotel lobby is newly renovated and beautiful. The restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere with options to sit by the window or, in the winter, by the fireplace. It's on the ground floor and easily accessible if you have mobility issues. The staff were supremely attentive at every point, checking in on us frequently. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Even the bread they brought to the table was fresh and so tasty. The cocktails are delicious, tho we asked for virgin, which was no problem. There is parking, but if there is an event at the hotel, you may have to drive around the lot...
