Asian Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Greenport

I would give ZERO stars if possible! One star is too generous, but necessary to generate a review. Every time I call to place an order(they are only accepting phone orders due to the pandemic and that’s understandable) over the phone, they put me on hold for 15 plus minutes and have never returned to take my order a handful of times at all. They have a dedicated person to answer the phone and checkout customers, but they are too busy playing on their cellphone to do their job. I typically call my orders in from the side walk just outside of their establishment so I have a clear view of the front counter while placing my order. They either need to replace the cashier, or find new management. The food is decent, but overpriced compared to every other local competitor. I can live with that, but the lack of customer service whatsoever outweighs the taste...

Delicious food 5 starts for sure. All the flavor is amazing ! The portions were of fair size. The sesame noodles were delicious but placed on lettuce limiting noodle amount. Possible they do this for moisture and flavor though because they were AMAZING! The crab ragoon’s were immensely flavored yet filled with only enough for one bite which was of slight disappointment. However, the amble amount was satisfying after all :) I can not wait to return ! I would highly recommend this joint to anyone! The environment was so clean and the staff was beyond friendly. The restaurant was busy and food was still provided within an appropriate amount. My only complaint would be the portions could be slightly larger but on that note, what person is going to say it was too much food ! Can’t...

I've lived in the area for 20 years. I am sad to say every single Chinese restaurant has, for some strange reason, deteriorated to the extent that the food is inedible. Plain disgusting. I've had to throw out food without taking further bites from all of them WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ASIAN CAFE😃
