GOODWILL is a joke! This store specifically had a set of China, something antiquated and not that desirable but leave it to goodwill to have no idea how to truly research the actual value of an item and put a $300 price tag on FREE dishes plates and coffee cups! This store ALWAYS overprices, while I understand their money goes toward their programs what about those of us shopping there for their SUPPOSED TO BE AFGORDABLE PRICES???? they don't know how to legitimately research the value of these FREE TO THEM items... they are unfriendly, unwelcoming, condescending when you ask how much something costs bc God forbid they put actual price tags on their inventory. I never ever ever will donate to them, they are tipping people off and are unapologetic about the fact that FREE gifts given to them get price gauging prices....

Aug 10,2021 I bought a air fryer that was in original box with instructions and booklet.paid $25 I go to the checkout ask the cashier has this being air fryer does it work ..she stated everything electrical is tested before the item goes for resell..guess what it does not work. I go back to the store after I had too find the original reciept on Aug 12, 2021 was politely told sorry ..no refunds..I ask what about a store credit ..sorry no store credit either. Was told I should have checked the item out in the store before buying .. who goes in a store plugs in appliance cooks the food to make sure the item works.. maybe I should start bringing in food to cook for now on. The store has a a serious air & light issue that makes it every time I go in there I’m super dizzy and become ill like I can pass out. I have to step outside for air. I literally one day had to wear sunglasses bec I needed to get thru the store successfully. It sounds crazy until I had to finally asked a worker if they ever had ever seen this same issue of severe dizziness before (bec I was fine prior to entering) & she said she has in fact seen a few people deal with this in there too including a cashier who “has to wear her sunglasses on shift”.
