Was in no rush when I called. Was asked to be put on hold. I was perfectly fine with that. Was on hold for 10 mins, wasn’t upset but thought they forgot about the call. So I hung up and called back. Was asked again to be put on hold and I said “that’s fine, just letting you know I’ve been on hold for 10 mins”. To which they replied and said “okay, just one minute” I said okay. She then proceeded to say “we’re very busy can you just order on the app?” My biggest thing was her attitude and he rush to get my off of the phone. I had no problem waiting. The amount of time it took for her to tell me that, she could of written down the order.
Also, what if I didn’t have a way to use the app? Just very frustrating. I had to take my business elsewhere which is a shame since I heard great things about this place. Customer service to me is everything. Not even an apology for being placed on hold...
   Read moreOrdered drive thru pick up, and got there and had to go inside because i was using apple pay, which isn’t really a big deal, but i feel as though it should be stated in the app. Got an ice tea with lemon, and a bacon egg and american CHEESE on a hard roll. Got it, took my first bite and realized there was no cheese. at all. The eggs were so dry i could barely swallow. bacon was over cooked as well so it was also unbelievably dry. Ate half and realized towards the end it got extremely dry…lo and behold there’s barely any egg or bacon on the sandwich! The tea was good but that really doesn’t say much. If only they put any amount of effort into the food…microwaved eggs and bacon, as well as poor service in the kitchen and counter aren’t good for business. i recommend a local gas station over this 1000%. Attendant was having a full blown conversation at the to go window. Backed my car up went inside to place order woman at go window continues her conversation Then comes over looks right past me and ask if anyone needed to be helped no one in line behind me I left. completely rude & horrible I will never come again to either location again service member working window in Hudson on 3/29/21 at 1130 should be fired. lost you customers good...
