We purchased a mattress and adjustable frame a couple of years ago, at the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic. The delivery guy wouldn't remove the old mattress, which most bedding shops do. I had to drag queen sized mattress a couple of hundred feet to the dumpster in my development. The delivery guy had a dolly that would have made it so much easier, and I tipped him anyway. The mattress we bought couldn't be flipped. We weren't told this, and frankly, I've never heard of a mattress that was one sided and unflippable. Finally this mattress sucks. It has more hills and valleys than upstate NY. We had to buy a 3" mattress topper to make it barely comfortable. I have always tried to buy local from small businesses, but this place cured me of that.

Let's refresh your memory, shall we? Your delivery guy was a court officer who moonlighted delivering your mattresses. He charged me $50 to deliver, and seeing as he had a dolly, I asked him if he would take the old mattress down to the dumpster so I would have to drag it downstairs, he refused, although I tipped him. When the frame that "drops into" the existing frame, it was left outside in the driveway for two days by whoever the delivery service was. A neighbor alerted me to it's arrival. More dragging. Up a flight of concrete steps. Lots of dragging for a 70 year old with a bad heart. Furthermore, you never said a word about the mattress NOT being flippable, reversible, or anything else. And over my lifetime, I've bought quite a few mattresses, EVERY ONE OF WHICH WAS FLIPPABLE. EVERY SINGLE ONE EXCEPT THE ONE BOX DROP SOLD ME! You did, however, remember to sell us a zippered liner as protection against bedbugs. IN MY OPINION, ONCE THE CUSTOMERS MONEY IS IN YOUR POCKET, THE SERVICE IS DONE! However, you did manage to send us a flyer soliciting a 5 star review for your cash-and-carry business. I still have it on my bulletin board with your invoice as a reminder NEVER TO DEAL LOCALLY WITH A SMALL BUSINESS LIKE YOURS. Of course, when you get less than a strling review, which you seem to think you're ENTITLED to, it's deny, deny, deny, you never heard of the customer, the customer is a liar posting a phony review..but the truth is, in my opinion, you're the fake,...

Called store and verified hours they are open, hours posted on website were good. I was prepared to walk away to shop more, but I found a firm cool sleep foam mattress that seemed very comfortable to me on my short in-store try. Service was quick and knowledgeable - even though there were multiple customers at the time, the salesman (Ron) was able to keep everyone on track and made a sale to me and two others all before I was ready to leave the store. Ron suggested an adjustable bed frame (this was what I told him I wanted when I first spoke with him). The frame seemed to have more bells and whistles than I was looking for, but the price was good. I purchased both the mattress and the adjustable bed and have been sleeping on them for the past week. Not once have I gotten out of bed to be welcomed by a stiff back or sore legs. This bad experience is what my older (8 yr old) pillow-top mattress was doing to me. So, a week in, I am very happy with my purchase. (NOTE: because the prices are so low, the store does not employ delivery or set-up people, but does have a contact who will do your delivery and take-away of old mattresses for you at an additional fee if you cannot do...

Where to even start! I can never say enough good things about my experience here. I am grateful that people like Ron exist. He's refused to raise his prices when everything has gotten so expensive. He's got so much integrity and humanity and is a true professional. He helped us so much with picking out mattress and made us feel welcome and gave us all the time we needed to make a choice we were happy with. He has an incredible range of products at unbelievable prices. Before I saw the place I thought "yeah it's too good to be true" but IT IS! Simple as that. There is no reason to buy a mattress from anywhere else. Ron truly cares AND we ended up saving 1500 dollars and he knocked off the price of accessories too... just unbelievable and such a rare gem. And of course the mattress has been an absolute game changer! I'm so so happy. Never slept better, it's everything we hoped it would be. My husband and I just marvel at its awesomeness every night as we lay down on it. I wish this place got the marketing and awareness it deserves because it's just a win win to buy from here.
