Don’t eat at Bobs restaurant people. They mess my food up every time I go in there and never want to fix it. I asked them to because I’m allergic to cheese and can’t eat it. I’ve told them on numerous occasions of my allergies and remind them when I order. The waitress said,”wow, they do that to you every time!” (Admitting I’m a regular and they know me,) then he proceeded to shout at me in front of the entire restaurant when he asked me if he could give me a muffin or something to compensate and I said this is the 6th time maybe you could give me the sandwich for free. (I paid for their mistakes I couldn’t eat 6 times without an offer of compensation before and smiled) continued to be a regular customer because the waitresses are amazing and have been tipped well by me because of their friendliness and attentiveness. However, today he felt that embarrassing me in front of the entire restaurant was appropriate behavior. It was the young guy that usually cooks with the ponytail, and ruined my sandwich every time. He then was called by my friend to try to rectify this and he proceeded to yell at my friend on the phone also. ☠️ I just want to make clear, none of this was the fault of those wonderful waitresses at any time, this has and always was the mistake and attitude of the man with the ponytail. May I add- I still paid for the rest of my food even after my embarrassment with the exception of my sandwich because I didn’t want to be rude in return. I only didn’t pay for my sandwich because I said I didn’t want it after he yelled at me. He was continuously rude to be and shouted loud enough for everyone to hear, stop making the new sandwich. As he was rude as hell. Very...
Read moreWent for a light meal before a docs appointment. Haven't tried here before but with many good reviews and a personal reference we decided to try the small diner. We are huge lovers of disco fries so naturally we order that first. Then we looked at the lunch specials, they seemed to be a good deal for the money. 8$ for a Philly Cheese Steak with fries and house soup, Chicken Orzo or Clam chowder. I'm allergic to fish so we picked the Orzo. The Disco fries were freezer burnt and tasted reheated. The gravy was a thick clump and the cheese where just slices microwaved on top.. The Philly Cheese on a hardroll was just a Steakums imitation (Steakums from Walmart taste better) with barely cooked onions they were about 30 seconds from being raw. The cheese was the same sliced cheese from the disco fries. The fries on this plate were slightly better but that probably because they weren't thrown in the microwave to melt the cheese. The house soup was canned or made at the begining of the week. The the orzo was huge from soaking up the broth which seemed like just greasy water. The whole bowl was the same flavor their was no distinct taste differce between each ingredient. The cup of coleslaw had gone bad. The Chocolate Milk was warm and sour. At the end she went to charge for the milk and we asked her to take it off but then she tried to charge for a soda. We both ended up with OJ. Everything came out to about $20. We are now sure if we came on a bad day or what but we will definitely...
Read moreThe owners son is a complete troll. He refused me service in the restaurant because I did not have a card for my service dog. I'm a United States veteran. I produced my letter from the Veterans Administration and he still denied me access to the restaurant saying that the police department told him he did not have to let me in. The food is average the place is dirty and I would never ever go there again. Below is an excerpt from the American Disabilities Act regarding access for service animals. Next stop reporting him to the federal government and calling a disability attorney. From the ADA website directly... "an individual who is going to a restaurant or theater is not likely to be carrying documentation of his or her medical condition or disability. Therefore, such documentation generally may not be required as a condition for providing service to an individual accompanied by a service animal. Although a number of states have programs to certify service animals, you may not insist on proof of state certification before permitting the service animal to accompany the person with a...
