What ever happened to the friendly staff they had? Omg the staff they have now is just useless. When you’re next in line and step up to the counter and go to place your order only to have the employee running the register pick up his phone and proceed to type away on it then put his phone down walk away while another employee steps up to take your order not very pleasantly may I add just to the ones come back to put the order in the register while the other starts to get rude like you interrupted whatever it was that was so important on this phone. I had them to repeat my order 4 more times which isn’t very hard to understand a large caramel signature iced latte with mocha in it as well. All this with the so called supervisor standing right there and not saying anything about their poor customer service. Every time I go into that store on Healy blvd. there’s always another customer complaining about something which happened to be the case this visit as well when another customer in the store complained to me how this site has gone downhill. The place is always dirty the employees are rude and seems like you ruined their day just by walking in the door s as you have staff that run around with their pants down below their waist almost to his knees just saying no one wants to see your underwear as you make their coffee and not mention looks very unprofessional. This is a 3-part review on Hudson’s Fairview Ave Dunkin Donuts. For my first experience, I put in an on-the-go order and waited 20 minutes after putting it in. I then did another on-the-go order, and used my free beverages and they were closed at 2 during their normal business hours. No one answered the phone when I called either. I just went there today and I put my order in and drove there, a ten minute drive. Then waited 20 minutes for my on the go order. There were people who put there order in when they got there and left before I did. I also watched about 15/20 people get their order before I did. They knew my order too, and I was the last one in the building before they did my drinks. To wait 20 minutes on top of a 10 minute drive is ridiculous. Also the women at the counter had a bad attitude and was very rude, to her customers and staff. She should have also helped the staff, but because she was working register, that was the only thing she did and watched her staff without helping. I am not coming back to...

Plenty of pleasant staff to quickly serve many customers. Unlike another local DD in the area, this location has a decent supply of popular foods. Only wish there was a drive thru and exiting the parking lot can be tricky on a very busy intersection. Update 4/7/23 - today's iced coffee was to be an extra pump of caramel chocolate sweetened flavor. An extra pump of flavor costs an additional 25¢. With old system it was free unless you ordered many extra pumps. Thus is a new flavor but it tasted just like iced coffee with cream but no sweet flavorings. The food was good but as usual all DD locations put frosted donuts in bags frosting side down. DD on the whole got worse with rewards program.
