Rosery Flower Shop — Local services in City of Hudson

Working with Kim was AMAZING! She was actually the first and only florist I ever looked at. I saw her work on instagram, and my venue highly recommended her and I said it was a done deal! No questions asked, I wanted to work with her. And I am so grateful that I did! I never thought that the thing I would be most excited about for my wedding was my flowers, but it totally was! Kim and her team are truly artists and amazing at everything they do! She called me a little over a month before the wedding to talk details, and if you are comfortable with it I would highly recommend telling her to do her thing and just let her get to work! I didn't really give any specific guidelines because I just loved everything I've seen from her and wanted her to feel free to work the flowers how she thought they would work best. I love that she asked me to send her pieces of my dress to wrap my bouquet in and my fiancé's pocket square in, and that she asked for a photo of my dress so she could design my bouquet to make sure it flowed well with the dress. Having more ivory in me and my fiancé's flowers than the others was a great touch, the half arch was beautiful, she even gave me a little gift the morning of! I would not hesitate one bit to book with Kim. She truly is amazing, and I am preserving my flowers forever so they can forever be a part of our future home! A couple of days ago I drove to this little flower shop to see what spring flowers they had available. I did not walk into the store because I know that the owner has strict Covid rules. I just walked to the window and peeped in. As a recent cancer survivor and also shopkeeper I understand the importance of being safe during Covid. The owner greeted me with complete disrespect. She scolded me like I was a badly behaved child. I quietly turned around and walked to my car without saying a word. I was really disappointed because I have spent so much money here over the years.

After leaving a review for this shop the owner had her friends target me and send heat mail through my Etsy account and my email. She had other people go to my business page and read my business poorly. All because I was unhappy visiting her shop.

This was an email from one of her friends telling me to go back to where I come from. I assume this is targeting me as a refugee. 😔

Message from Alane Mazzacano Shame on you for trashing the Rosery they have been following the cdc guidelines since this pandemic started and you are a liar saying there was no signage outside the shop. Go back where you came from!!!

Erin and Gina did such an amazing job on our elopement bouquet, boutonniere, and greenery runner! In the weeks leading up to our elopement, I communicated with Gina via email (we’re from out of state). I told Gina what we were looking for (loose greenery without any flowers) and sent over some example photos for reference. For the greenery runner, our designer asked to incorporate dried flowers from our color palette, which Erin and Gina also incorporated into the boutonniere and the ribbon around the boutonniere. Our designers feedback was that the runner FAR EXCEEDED her expectations and it made our tablescape. We picked up everything the day before our elopement and Erin gave us great instructions on how to best store everything for the next day. They even added an air plant into the bouquet for us to hold on to after the elopement! For the price, I really think that they went above and beyond, particularly on the greenery runner. They were very easy to communicate with, and we were able to do everything but picking up the flowers remotely, and in a contact-free way, which was a relief during...
