Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

I had a fantastic experience at Arby's today! The milkshake, fries, and tenders were all delicious, but what truly stood out was the outstanding service. Jake and Jose at the counter were incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding me through the menu and making excellent recommendations. Their positive attitudes and attentiveness really made my visit special. Thanks to Jake and Jose, this Arby's visit was top-notch!

The quality of the food was impeccable. Those fries were out of this world, I absolutely loved them, but I don’t think anyone will love them as much as Jose 😉. I decided to try the new apple pie milkshake that Jake recommended to me and man did I go to pound town on that thing. Words couldn’t describe it!

All things said, this trip to Arby’s on the night of Thursday, October 30th, 2025, was the best fast food experience I’ve had EVER. They had probably the best crew of workers I’ve seen in an establishment in my life, shout out all the frontier falcons working that night, y’all are some legends. It's not the hotel is so much 3 is to Comfort Inn they say oh it's the way they handled me I need two more nights in Daytona so I called up the sign about the state to get one free first time I called I got hung up on I waited 10 minutes 20 minutes and got hung up on again email and nobody answered and when they did again they're hung up on you wouldn't answer my question I also told him in the email you know what just too many hotel chains out here to have to take somebody hanging up on me on purpose twice so as I said I told him look I got Best Western card Hilton's Point holder and a Marriott points holder I thought I'd give him a try well I won't try again. This place has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AFTER ORDERING $30 WORTH OF FOOD, thru the drive-thru, to when I get home our order is NOT what I ordered! Out of the WHOLE ORDER the only thing edible were the value fry and my cocoa cola! When I contacted the store to ask about the order I explained my concerns to said worker, when that said worker begins to tell me that I must of ordered wrong.... how much more simple can, 3 BEEF N CHEDDAR sandwhiches,, to be ordered wrong! ITS BEEF CHEESE AND ROLL! PRETTY SIMPLE! After 4 minutes of said OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE arguing with me over my concerns, HE then decided to speak fulger language, and hung up on me! I TRIED CALLING BACK TO BE IGNORED AND HUNG UP ON AGAIN!! WELL PLAYED ARBY'S OUTSTANDING...
