Every time I order online at this Dunkin, my order is never ready. Workers are never to be found and they act like they don’t know where your order is. Today when I went, the worker was missing. I ordered one drink and waited 20 minutes upfront while he was outside doing something in a van and smoking. When he finally decided to go inside, I walked inside again and waited saying hello at the counter- nobody came. I went to the drive-through to ask for my order, he proceeded to tell me that it was there and I could pull around. He refused to give me the ONE DRINK at the window and was extremely rude as he shut the window on me. Their coffee isn't as good as it used to be. Hazelnut coffee, for example, used to roasted as hazelnut coffee beans. Not any more. Now, they add a sweetened liquid hazelnut flavor to their regular coffee. It's not as good, and I don't want sweetened coffee. Their breakfast sandwiches are made with prefabricated cooked eggs, sausage, and bacon. They come in precooked/refrigerated to the shop. All they do is reheat foods. Not good. Donuts are made at a distant commissary, shipped to the location frozen, where they are then baked in a convection oven, cooled, filled, and frosted. Poor taste and quality. NOT...
