I tried ordering lunch at 10:28am and they were still serving breakfast until 10:30. I asked if I could order lunch and she asked the general manager if I could order lunch. He said no. I know they have the food already made because any other McDonald’s they will do it for you. So I order breakfast and I get a steak egg and cheese. I finally get my food after waiting 10 mins. When I go and eat it it is a sausage egg and cheese. I went back in there and told them and they took it back and then said something to the general manager Mark. He said we don’t have anymore steak. So he told her to tell me that I have to eat that sandwich or I can get something for lunch. They offer me lunch after I wanted to get it originally. I told them I wanted to get what I paid for because the steak sandwich is almost double in price. I would have been fond of from the beginning they would have said we are out of steak i would have compromised. But they didn’t give me that option they just made it and didn’t say anything. When I asked to have my steak made the general manager mark had a major attitude. He was mad because now I am holding up their grill because they have to cook for me. The whole time I was waiting he was screw facing me like he was trying to punk me off. He walks by me to go into the dining room and looks right past me. He walks back to the kitchen past me and almost shoulder checks me. The way he is dressed in there he is wearing a nike hat not any McDonald’s uniform and he is dressed like a bum. He is one of the most unprofessional bosses I have ever seen. He is supposed to represent McDonald’s. The rest of the staff was nice but the gym has to go. I wished there was a way to contact the owner of that location. I will be in contact with the...
Read moreMidnight McDonald's adventure on Camp Road, Hamburg, shall we? Picture this: it's 2 AM, and the craving for a Big Mac hits harder than my grandma's flip-flop. So, off I trot to the local McD's because, well, where else can you satisfy a fast-food craving at an ungodly hour?
I pull up to the drive-through, buzzing with the excitement of soon devouring those perfectly layered, pickly delights. But wait! A voice crackles through the speaker, “Sorry, the system is rebooting. It’ll be just 30 minutes.” My stomach growls in despair. Not one to be easily defeated, I dash to the ATM, get some cash, and speed back, only to hear, “Ah, actually, we’re now switching to breakfast. No Big Macs, only Egg McMuffins.”
But hey, the night wasn’t a total bust. I learned that patience is indeed a virtue, especially when you're waiting 15 minutes for a lukewarm cheeseburger that you've watched sitting unattended while the sole employee juggles both the counter and the drive-through. And hey, on the bright side, the fries were... well, they were also cold. But crisp!
In all, it was an epic saga of fast-food fails. Would I go back? Absolutely – someone’s got to see if they ever get the ice cream machine working. Plus, where else can you witness a menu switch faster than a New York minute at 3 AM?
So there you have it, folks. McDonald’s on Camp Road: open 24 hours, serving both your late-night cravings and a hearty dose of...
Read moreWhat a joke... I hardly ever post reviews but I had to this time. I just went to McDonald's camp Rd location and ordered two Mc doubles with no pickle and a Large Dr.Pepper. got home opened them up and of course there is pickles on them. Not only were there pickles but each Mcdouble only has one patty a piece of cheese and pickles. My large Dr pepper has no flavor and tastes like brown club soda. The real kicker and the reason I wrote this review is not only did they get the order wrong and rob me of my other two patties, when I paid for my order which came to $5.74 with a $20 the girl gave me exactly $14.00 for my change and told me I'm all set and closed the window. Maybe she doesn't understand simple math but the correct change would've been $14.26, so on top of getting my order wrong, giving on patty on each Mcdouble but she literally ripped me off for 26 cents. This store is a joke and I will never be back, however the true point is that if you want what you paid for and the correct change don't go to this location. I would advise anyone else who expects the bare minimum of quality and service to also avoid this store as apparently that's to much to ask.
P.S. I tried to add photos but I can't it won't give me the option to for some reason so I posted them in Google for the Camp Rd location do your self a favor and choose any other fast food restaurant in the Hamburg area,...
