Pierce Ave Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

New place in town: Order: combo platter, personal pizza Staff: delightful and present, many stopped to the table asking if anything was needed.

Pizza was slightly over, yet the flavor smelted nicely, the mozzarella sticks slightly under sent out fresh delicious ones, the pull apart and a string of cheese stenches far type! Could have shot a commercial with the stretch in that cheese!

The pizza is sprinkled with Parmesan cheese for a slightly salty finish, the pepperoni was cup and char. The combo platter had touch of chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, pizza logs and some kind of roll.

Pizza logs were divine. Chicken fingers were hand tossed and made from the actual chicken tender, not chopped breast, mozzarella sticks were great! The sausage roll was suspect on sight, then came with a delicate sausage/pepper taste that presented beautifully to the taste buds.

Desert was available, and the waitress informed us they had not the ice cream yet. So we declined.

Looking forward to the cream brûlée doughnut!

Spoke with staff and gave feedback back in the pizza, and earned a gift card for 25$! Winning!

We went to Pierce Ave Bar and Grill for the first time and ordered wings and an order of Pierce Ave chips. The food was very good. The wings an order of hot and an order of medium with a side of hot BBQ were cooked perfect! We ordered them crispy and that's exactly what we got. No rubber or wood wings like we get at other places when we order crispy. Their blue cheese was also very good. Our only complaint were the baby carrots, we prefer fresh cut. We also really liked the Pierce Ave chips .The staff were the best. They were very friendly and accommodating. Our hope is that they can be consistent with their food. Consistency is a big problem with many places. If they can maintain that they will do a great business. We will definitely return and hoping for another good experience. This newly established venue in Hamburg was extremely pleasant to visit and eat at last night. My girlfriend was very satisfied with her white pizza, and my wings, while a little smaller than I may like them, were cooked to perfection and generously coated with some of the better Buffalo sauce I've had in WNY. The place is small, but very well furnished and decorated, and kept clean to an exceptional standard.
