We attended the circus murder mystery dinner trip. The circus was not was not even funny for children much less for adults. The first hour of the show happened in the train car that we were not in. Also they kept the train door to our car open. We requested they close it but was reopened and not very warm. Then the buffet dinner was terrible. I didn’t eat the salad or pasta (my choice) but had the potatoes, chicken fettuccine Alfredo and pork loin. I’m not sure they washed the potatoes because the skins were in the mash and tasted kinda dirty. The chicken tasted like a frozen mix (although not bad tasting) and the pork loin was so tough it was hard to cut much less chew. There was not any server to assist in going to the buffet so the line to the food was not organized. Coffee tea and soda were included but was located in the bar area so if you wanted any one of those you needed to get it yourself. The coffee was brewed in a keurig coffee maker and only one cup at a time. The kicker was you needed to take your dirty paper plates and utensils and dispose of yourself. This was a tour where at least 2/3 of the people were seniors. So there were walkers, canes and even someone with a crutch that made do it yourself very...
Read moreUnfortunately my group did not have a great experience for the murder mystery train nov. 11th. First the actors whom we did get the chance to speak with did amazing. The car attendant was fantastic with the service she provided just amazing! The reason our experience was not great was that it was so loud we couldn't hear eachother or the characters and the characters had a very hard time interacting with our table due to multiple intoxicated guests. We got only a total of 5 minutes speaking with all 4 out of 5 characters put together due to people calling them over to other tables or interrupting them as the were speaking to another table. Never even got to speak to the character May. It was just disappointing that our table was not able to interact and ask questions hardly at all. I will not be referring others nor will I be attending events ran by this venue again. Not worth the...
