Wendy's — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

Once upon a sunny Saturday in Buffalo, Zack Schneider decided to take his three energetic boys, August, Enzo, and Roman, on a little adventure. The destination? I bought 2 5 dollar biggie meals and the burgers were dry and hard as a rock like they been sitting around for hours the Fries were hard and si were the chicken nuggets if you want to call them that I called the Wendy's were I got them the one in Camp rd. In Hamburg Ny 14075 and I spoke to the manager and she was so rude and nasty to me I told her about the food and that this has happened twice before and she told me to come in with my Receipt and I told her that the boy at the drive thru didn't give me one and I told her that I couldn't come back till tomorrow because I was at work and she then said it was not her problem and she was not going to give me any other food or a refund because I didn't have a receipt and I told her how can I give her my receipt if her employee didn't give me one so I asked for a person higher than her phone number and she said no and she wouldn't help me and then she hung up on me she was very rude and nasty to me the time and date I was there is July 23 2023 at about 1:30 pm.I am so sick of wasting my hard earned money this was the third time this has happened. This manager has been rude to me more than this time I've even seen her be rude and nasty to other customers before that is why I am writing to complete you need to put your customers first I am so sick of your workers being rude and nasty they don't even deserve...

My wife and I went through the drive thru and this isn't the only occurrence for the issue. But we got 2 burgers with large meals...our fries were ice cold and soggy hardly edible to consume. And my bun for my pub burger was rock hard, there was barely any toppings in it and was very hard to consume in general. Their motto is "always hot, fresh and crispy fries" well that is definitely not the case at all. The food was disgusting and they need to do better at sending out customer worthy food, not cold soggy hard bun food. Spending $35 on food that is barely consumable is just down right unacceptable. On top of that we asked for dipping sauced for our food and did not receive a single sauce...we wanted to go back through so they can remake pur food but unfortunately the line was 12-15 cars long, so that is why I am writing this review.
