first time ordering off of the app, and i had forgot to add fajitas, Sour cream and lettuce onto my burrito, when i called to hope that they could fix my mistake, i was met by a warm welcome by an employee named Joseph who noted down the modifications and made them. he was kind enough to remember i was the one who called in and personally handed me my bag. the store is clean as can be and the staff always seem like their working as hard, while having a positive and uplifting attitude at all times. every employee knows Spanish and it’s a lifesaver for people like my mother who struggle ordering in english. would highly recommend this location, and their creations like the papi hibachi and Nashville fries...

The food is great, I go here often but this time I ordered online. I specifically stated on two different notes that the individual is allergic to sriracha so to please use regular ranch like they have done many times in person for us. When we got our order half of the quesadilla had sriracha on it as if someone noticed they made a mistake but instead of making a new one they continued and sent it out anyway. Stopped at Bubbakoo’s Burritos after a Bear Mountain hike and it was perfect! The place has a great vibe, super clean and welcoming. The food was fresh and tasty, exactly what we needed.

Huge shoutout to Wilson—he was amazing! Super friendly, made us feel so comfortable, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Honestly, service like that makes all the difference.
