Worst customer service I have ever had im only giving a star for the simple fact that it’s the only way to write a review. I ordered a pizza and Winn’s they had told me 45 min they came almost 2 hrs later the gentleman over the phone was rude I called multiple times and they would not pick up.they only picked up because I kept on calling and the one or 2 times I got some one on the phone they told me that the driver was on there way. By the time he actually got here I was it was already almost 2 hrs since I place the order and I had to re heat all my food because it wasn’t even hot or warm it...it pretty much felt like left over pizza and wings. Managemant is horrible and driver gave me an attitude as well. Overall worst experience in my life they don’t deserve star horrible place do not go here. I recently made an online order, it was picked up for me so the person picking it up had no idea the order was incorrect. When it got to my home, I immediately called the store I was initially put on hold for 15 min then hung up on, I called again, this time I explained the situation, they put me on hold for 20 min then hung up, this game went on for 2 1/2 hours, yes HOURS. Finally a "Manager" came on to tell me that since the order was an online mistake they could do nothing about it. This is a totally acceptable answer, what is not acceptable is that it took over 2 hours to get it and that once I explained this to the "Manager" there wasn't even an "I am sorry for the wait, or this was a mistake on our part I will speak to the works" nothing. I try not to order from this Dominos. unfortunately, it was on the way and I said why not. I ordered two pan pizza.with some toppings and surprise, surprise. They got it wrong. I always order beef instead of sausage but they always give me sausage. I don't think the guy preparing the order knows which one is the beef. The worst part is they didn't add sauce to my pizza. No sauce. I was upset but because we live 25 minutes from the location we decided to disregard it. I try my hardest not to go to this location.
