I have went into this store plenty times and it is always the same issue. They say the pretzels are fresh but they are never fresh. Once you get them the pretzels are hard and taste very stale. When you ask them to make it fresh they have an attitude. They speak in Spanish about the customers not knowing that some people do understand what they are saying. I asked for a fresh pretzel since the associate told me they been sitting for about 30 minutes and the person making it said “who wants it” so I explained to her it doesn’t matter who wants it , if a customer is paying for something they should be satisfied with what they are paying for. However, the last time I went the employee at the drive thru seemed to be filled equipped to deal with customers. She was nice, but clearly overwhelmed, unsure of what to do & definitely needed assistance. It's possible they're understaffed to handle in person orders, drive thru and app orders. Read moreApparently it’s their “company policy” to refuse to hand over mobile orders in the drive thru, forcing you to waste your time by parking, walking around, and going inside, only to find the employees just standing around doing nothing while your order is just sitting there.
