I was very disappointed at the kids coat prices this year. I found 5 coats for $10 each. But as soon as you get to boys size 6, it's $15. The coats have stains sometimes and are USED. $15 is ridiculous. Someone in this store recently is an overpricer. Unrealistic. I'll just wait to find a coat at a yard sale for $10 or buy a brand new one out of season for $25.
Also I donated some really nice glass items recently. They were thrown in a pile with clothes, electronics, and all other donations. Glass mixed in with clothes? What if they break into the clothes? Also how rude to not treat glass donations with better respect. It may be just another piece of crap to you but I donated my mom's wedding bowls that she had 60 years and you are willing to break them in 10 seconds. Will donate glass elsewhere.
I donate a lot of stuff, im glad its reused but ive noticed that the really nice stuff never hits the shelves. Kind of a turnoff. High pricing lately also a turnoff.

The store is good , lots of selection but their prices have gone way up considering they pay zero to get the items. Use a coupon or go on a sale day. The one way overpriced items is the adult diapers. You can get adult diapers on sale at walgreens for 2 for 22. They sell government issued diapers (the free ones the government hands out at churches) for 14.99. On sale they are still more than walgreens sale. I've noticed since they have this one particular manager their prices are out of control. Used kids jeans for 7.00? Used? I usually donate here but it's turning me off to donating. I would rather give them to someone for free or who will sell...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy ONE star is the Mgmt Not necessarily the prices even though the prices at times is outrageous! Is not thrift stores supposed to be priced less than stores!? Well unless u go usually on a sale day, IT IS NOT!!! It should be there to help those challenged economically, well there prices have gone up so much for items they get for free. They should really look at that.
Yesterday we were in there and a staff member challenged us to the degree of saying that we ultimately were stealing in the store because I was standing at the door waiting for my ride. Does she not know that people who steal don't stand by the door and wait, they usually take what they want and leave!!! You SHOULD NEVER ASK A CUSTOMER FOR A RECEIPT UNLESS U HAVE CAUSE. She has no ability to manage, nor no ability to deal with customers on any level because she feels that management means showing some sort of authority instead of treating the customer with dignity and respect. She clearly is new to management and has no idea how to treat people who shop at her establishment. She will not be a manager for long sadly.
Savers needs to get better with pricing and who they choose to manage...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible organization, far too cluttered especially in the clothing section. I went in there for 1 thing, a cheap men's belt. It took me about 20 minutes to find something tolerable because that section is not only in a bad spot (had to move a few times so people could get to the bathroom), but it's poorly organized and belt sizes aren't clear (organize them by size, not just a mix that you have to pick through, then try to find the size!). Even worse, MANY of the belts looked like people had already worn them, returned it and it was just put back on the shelf. I get that they get donations so stuff may be used, but it shouldn't look like something that should've been thrown in the garbage or just given away to a truly needy person. Thankfully I only spent $3 after I finally found a belt with 2 holes that were worn. Best parts were the quick self checkout and the air conditioning on such a hot day. I will not be returning there; go to the Salvation Army thrift store...
