I was waiting on line to place my order, and kept asking the guy at the register if they had whole wheat toast but i was completely ignored and which looked like a kitchen staff/helper noticed me and walked up to me and asked me what I wanted. I started to place my order, repeating it three times but he had a hard time comprehending what I was asking for, at this point I told him never mind, I'll just wait for the other guy, but he insisted to help me, so I decided to give him a chance. He heard half of my order and walked away starting to cut open a bagle, which I didn't want, and I was trying to correct him he was talking over me saying yes ,yes whole wheat, I kept on saying whole wheat toast but there seemed to be a language barrier and then started to get frustrated at me for correcting his mistakes. Thankfully a new owner is taking over (in a week and a half) who I have already met. I am confident the store is going to have a complete turnaround and return to its former state. The food is amazing!!!..... if you can tolerate a side dish of screaming...
