The coffee was disgusting They messed up a simple order of two caramelized iced coffees. They messed up mine and my mom's drinks, And we ask both of the gentlemen if they could put the caramel in because it literally tasted like 3-day-old coffee and watered down as soon as we got it before the ice even had a chance to melt. And the guy said oh I'll add more caramel but it definitely was not caramel and still didn't taste like caramel mine or my mom's. I asked him for the caramel swirl sugar and he put some liquid in it that was probably liquid sugar but not caramel. And the guy working the espresso machine was laughing at us the whole time and I asked him what was funny, and he just kept smiling and snickering behind the counter well the guy that took our order was wondering himself what the guy was laughing at. Pretty much completely and utterly rude and disrespectful and horrible products I wouldn't waste...

HORRIBLE! STORE FILTHY! WORKERS FILTHY! Ordered a holiday cake days in advance. Got to store at selected pick up day and time and no cake. This is the second time in a row this has happened at this location. Story told was there was a mix up and it was taken but they made another one the previous night and would be at the location later in the day. Too late. Truth most likely is they sold my cake and didn't get the new one onsite in time. Then tried to tell me I couldn't get a refund at the store that I needed to go online. Not correct. The email confirmation clearly states to contact the requested pick up store to cancel or make changes. Constantly requesting the employees to wear their masks correctly and not under their chin. This location needs to be visited by the Dept. of Health, which I am sure they will...

Ordered online order was not ready asked to wait 5 days still not ready Manager said you can get different flavor or cancel the order or wait 7 days more.This place is horrendous to deal with order was supposed to ready next day the obviously do not care about there customers.
