So I tried placing an order at this subway location through the subway app and it was the worst decision I ever made. Not only did they not want to make my food and do their job but the lady in that location said she tried calling me and gave me a random # that’s not even mine and not on my profile and said I didn’t answer my phone so she canceled my order. I never got a call or email regarding the issue she had with making my food. Not only was she disrespectful and rude when I called to find out what happened to my order but she simply didn’t want to even help me or even try to make the food she just said no and hung up. And on top of that I never got my money back after she canceled my order aren’t I suppose to get a refund right away? Those were my last $24 and I was suppose to feed my child with that and because of that employee we had to starve. This was a very bad experience I never leave reviews but I had to for this I hope nobody else goes through this...

The first lady didnt understand a word of English, middle of the day had 1 choice of bread, extremely skimpy on every ingredient even after saying add more I will pay for the extra. 2nd and last time at this particular restaurant, the lady, I believe her name was patty, giving me dirty looks as I entered the door rushing through my sandwich I asked for double toasted which came out less than normal toasted, I asked if she can run it in one more time. Her exact words "I'm trying to close the store here" ...as I check my phone and it's only 8:03pm when they're open till 9pm. Like an extra 15 seconds to heat it up would ruin her life. Read moreI visit this branch very often. previous stuff was very friendly but recently they changed their stuff at this location. I visited by location today. New stuff Mubi was very rude, he was talking on his phone while he was taking my order. I had to repeat my choices of order multiple times since he was on the phone the whole time. I was told him to put more sauce and he said he can not. when I was able to leave the store he was complaining about me to other stuff Danny. this type of customer service should not be tolerated. management should take action. I will be no longer visit this...
