BATCH Cookies 'n Cream — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Update: the store contacted me and offered to rectify the issue, which was much appreciated. Hopefully I can stop in and try their cookies again

I ordered via Uber Eats and they happened to have a BOGO free deal. So I opted for the Hi 5 Assortment. When I received my order, I only have 5 cookies, despite paying $17 for 10. The cookies were also hard and very dark as if they were baked for too long. This restaurant has no number to call so I decided to leave a review instead. If you were only going to give 5 cookies, I should have been contacted or the order adjusted. That's not quality customer service.

Updated: The shop forgot one of my cookie orders but they reached out about the issue and tried to correct it the next day the shop was open. Batch is one of those small town places that make East Rockaway special. My kids LOVE this place! The staff is super friendly and incredibly helpful. The place has a great vibe and is kept really clean. The cookies are great, my personal favorite is the chocolate chip peanut butter. I look forward to trying the ice cream, and they even make their own ice cream sandwiches.
