I recently took my cousin Sweet 16 dress shopping at Asarela Boutique, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! From the moment we walked in, Melanie and Fiorella made us feel so welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process.

Unlike other stores we visited, where we felt rushed or dismissed, Melanie and Fiorella took their time to explain pricing, answer all our questions, and help us explore a variety of options. They encouraged my cousin to try on multiple dresses until she found the one that made her light up. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured—it was all about making sure she felt confident and happy.

The level of care and professionalism at Asarela Boutique truly stands out. This was such an important moment for my cousin, and thanks to Melanie and Fiorella, it was nothing short of magical. This family is nothing short of AMAAAZZZZIINNNGGGG! I haven't even physically come into the Boutique as of yet and the level of customer service received has been extraordinarily amazing!! I ordered a dress online for my daughter and OF COURSE what I received was a mess... I decided to call around to see if any dress shops had any dresses in stock, in my daughter's colors she chose for her party (thats IN 2 WEEKS - {insert eye rolling emoji here, lol}) and came across the listing for Asarela's. They were extremely helpful and spent TIME on the phone going through their current inventory as well as seeing what they might be able to get in stock in an extremely short timeframe. Even her Mother with her knowledge and experience jumped in to help! They helped with possible solutions to the problem and even made an appointment to help me to figure out what would be the best possible fix!

While I do not personally know this family, I have sooooooo much respect and love for them and their time that they gave me!!.. I cannot wait to meet with them and see what becomes of this mess with the dress... Thanks...
