China House — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Tasty Chinese food! I ordered Shrimp Lo Mein(just a tiny little bit too much sauce, shrimp not overcooked and good quality shrimp), Fried rice(my son said, this is a real Fried Rice that I wanted!!!), Chicken Lo Mein, Egg Drop Soup(my picky daughter said they made good egg drop soup!!! She is a big fan of egg drop soup and tasted so many places and ditched most of them. She said this is the 2nd place for egg drop soup on her list!!!). All taste very good compared to the nearby chinese take out restaurants here. As most Asian would expect if they have "Wok Qi"(powerful range can produce this outcome which makes the food taste differently, Good!). Their food definitely has this! Highly recommend...

Ordered takeout because was in town for medical procedure on family member. Ordered from another restaurant yesterday and was very disappointed with their food. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality & portion of my beef with broccoli & my chicken with broccoli orders. There was plenty of the proteins and the broccoli was fresh and crunchy. The sauce was perfect (not too salty, spicy) as we came from the hospital so there was no chancing anything that could upset the stomach. We also ordered chicken wings which were made fresh. There was plenty of napkins & sauce with our order. No complaints. This place should have a higher rating. They are the best Chinese takeout place...

Food was great, the sesame chicken is something else. The rice is fresh which is absolutely scrumptious. The service was good but could be be better but then again,That's every restaurant, can't be everywhere at once. Over all atmosphere was calming no one is yelling in the kitchen, few tables and a toy machine dispenser to look at while you wait for your meal. Very good restaurant...
