Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I've been meaning to write a review on this place but haven't. Here's a simple example of what I'm going through on a daily basis. I buy my breakfast from there almost everyday but hardly have a great day when they make any food/beverages. I ask for less ice and NEVER get it. They looked at me dumbfounded if I had ever asked in the past or will speak in their language to one another about my need. If they ever make a wrap, the cheese is NEVER melted which makes the wrap taste horrible. They will burn the english muffin usually when I order the egg & cheese. Service is SUPER horrible and staff are rude if you ever ask for anything to be fixed when they mess up. I can't begin on that. I had complained to dunkin in the past yet never received a call back. The only reason I don't go to another dunkin is because this is the only one near my work area. They need to seriously stop gossiping about customers right in front of them and instead concentrate on their work to make...

I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese for my friend who was in the hospital. I asked to add ketchup and pepper they said I would have to do it myself which is fine but my friend said every other DD does this when asked. 2. Good thing she knew their turkey sausage patties are square shaped and pork sausage patties are circular. Received pork. Went back through the drive thru to switch it. I watched thru the window as the man made the sandwich over. He didnt. He just took the pork off and switched it for turkey. He then came back with the sandwich and I asked for it fresh, my friend is allergic to pork. The man lied and said he made it completely over. I told him I watched him switch out the patties and the pork was already on the egg/bread. I stated again that my friend is allergic to pork. He made a new sandwich. If i can give it a zero stars i would , ive been coming to this dunkin for months & have been olay with this place but lately they have been extrmely rude today i went and we have ask for a certain drink and he said we do not have that bro , what kind of customer service is that and after we ask once again he yelled and said we dont have that. I ended up asking why are you being rude & said to cancel ordered and went to another dunkin that had the drink we wanted . This place needs new management and new training members as this is super unacceptable . Please whoever is the franchise of this place to keep a look out on these employees and retrained them the right way to speak...
