Its been three times in one month ( May 2019 ) that i'm am totally disappointed in Dunkin at Lynbrook. Firstly they don't even smile with you and my coffee is always messed up. I pay too much for a cup of coffee not to get it right. I'm going to share on social media my experiences are because i'm sure I'm not alone, and I may spare someone the grief. One girl started my coffee another finished it and it was totally wrong and not what i paid for, the coffee is sporadically hot, when I ask for a HOT latte, that's exactly what I mean. Today 5/21/19 I bought a Butter Pecan hot latte it was OVERLY SWEET and not hot, I could not drink it because of the sugar content I had to toss it. I'm so mad. I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts and ordered an iced coffee. I had to return it back because the coffee tasted watered down and had waaaay too much ice. I informed the lady behind the counter that the coffee tasted watered down and if she can perhaps make it with less ice. She advised me there was an option to do it on the app. I told her I didn’t see an option and would she like for me to show her. She told me that she was not going to argue with me. Wow. Normally I have a very good experience at this location, which my wife and I come to often, but tonight was not a great night. I don't know who the tall gentleman with the long hair was working but he definitely seemed like he didn't want to be there. I ordered a medium cold brew with mocha and watched as he placed a cup overflowing with ice under the coffee dispenser. When I asked him to please use less ice he threw the entire thing in the sink and made up a new cup without adding the mocha pumps that I had asked for. I'm sorry but that's completely...
