Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I used the Dunkin app to pick up, when I approached a worker and informed her that the donuts I ordered were not in the bag, she asked me which donuts, I told her, she hands me the donuts with a blank look on her face, making me feel like I was lying, on top of that she never asked me for proof of purchase....why???

If this is their practice, literally anyone who didn't pay for items can claim something they ordered was not their bag, and this place would give it then for free. Clearly I will never go this Dunkin again.

The donuts were a little hard, the breakfast sandwich was good, the service was below average. My thought is if the worker assembled the order thoroughly all would be fine, except the slightly hard donuts.

What's the point of using the app when Dunkin workers do not fully fill orders. The worst part would have been when after I left the store and open my bag and food that I paid for using Dunkin app is not there, that didn't happen...this time.

Sometimes, I'm sure, customers don't have time to check their order, so they grab their order and rush out.

They need to make sure whatever a customer ordered on their (Dunkin Donuts) app is...

My sister and I attempted to use the promotional advertisement for a free coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts on 9/29/25. Upon arrival, the cashiers and store associates did not acknowledge us and continue to work as if my sister and I weren’t standing there.

I attempted to place a coffee order and a sandwich order and my sister inquired if Duncan rewards number or card was needed for this transaction. We said that we were here for the free coffee day promotion and wanted to know what was needed to be able to get a free coffee drink. The cashiers were extremely unhelpful and began to speak in their own language amongst each other while ignoring our request. We tried several times to get our question answered however they were very unhelpful, and very dismissive.

In addition to this unpleasant experience, they completed my sister’s online order incorrectly. This location has had a history of completing our orders incorrectly or treating us with poor customer service.

You’re better off going to a different location. The ladies that work here have such a horrible attitude to you if you’re a POC but had no problem addressing a White customer with...

And I will never go this place ever again. They're rude unprofessional, they have a sign on their door the bathroom is out of order. One of the employees specifically told me it's not out of order, but it's only for employees. Mind you, I'm a customer who had a medical condition and needed to use the bathroom. I immediately had to use Uber service to get home immediately to use the bathroom, and they physically told me. No, their sitting area was only open until 9 o'clock. After that, you're not allowed to be there that to me is very unprofessional rude. I hope the owner makes changes in this place. If he put down this type of rule and order he needs to correct himself. I used to go here all the time, but I will never go again. I will find another Dunkin. ' donuts open twenty four hours and I'll go there, but I will never go to...
