Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I used to love this Dunkin Donuts they had a young girl working there and she was good and she was fast then there was a young guy he also was good but went today and there was a guy there who had a very horrible attitude and who didn't have a clue of what he was doing! I ordered 2 orders of the pretzel bites he puts both orders of them in one bag which was a problem as they was for 2 different people. Then he got the drinks wrong ordered2 hot drinks he kept saying an iced coffee right which we kept saying no both drinks are hot. So he said well then I have to make them one at a time so when we got to the drive thru window he had to make the drinks because he couldn't remember them both so we had to tell him them one by one it was only 2 drinks not that hard. Then we asked for mustard for the pretzels he said we don't have any mustard only ketchup!! I will not be going to this...

When We want there they still had at least an hour or more before closing time their shelves were completely empty. When I asked the women working if they had any donuts she said yes they are in the back. She made us feel rushed and had an attitude when we gave her our order she didn't wait to finish the order I tried to call her back but she ran in the back and got upset that she had to go back and change it. Prior to my visit, I was having a rather challenging day; however, upon my arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff's kindness truly contributed to uplifting my mood, which encouraged me to choose to dine in. Additionally, the cleanliness and calming environment of the establishment greatly enhanced my overall experience.
