Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Poor customer service when there are issues. There is a defect with their small coffee cups and lids. Coffee spills out. This has been occurring since August regardless of the style of the small cup. It has stained my car’s coffee holder and as well clothes. The last time, i picked up my coffee from the mobile section and I purposely held the coffee the counter to show the spills and requested, again, a medium cup so it does leak. I contacted Dunkin who referred it to the Manager, Faiz, and it only made the situation worse. No apology. Profusely staying their good customer service. And offered to pay for my dry cleaning if it happens again. In addition to this, sandwiches are burnt and there is a drenched oil Taste when buying hash browns. There is no drive thru and they leave the side door locked so many times you have to walk the whole parking lot. There are potholes so you have to walk through puddles and tussle with the cars driving in. Some times the wait was so long I’d leave and come back. At times, nice associates but overall poor customer experience and the manager doesn’t want to admit to issues. Too many Dunkin’ Donuts have high prices and poor services. Obviously franchise owned. I ordered a small coffee ☕️ and a toasted bagel 🥯 with butter. When I went to pay they over charged me by $1.65 then what I normally at any other Dunkin location. I asked the young lady who attended me why was I over charged? A man jumps in to say it depends on the neighborhood location and they are franchise owners and can make up their own prices. I said oh that's so nice of you to explain. I live in a much wealthier location and our Dunkin is cleaner with better service and lower prices. So, you are basically robbing all of your local customers every single day for sure. 🙄

I had iced coffee and I finally tried avocado toast. It was only one piece. I thought it would be 2 based on the picture ad. It was tasteful though nonetheless. My finished my coffee in a few sips it seems... Maybe I was just extra thirsty. (Lol) ...anyhow, there's a few tables outside to eat. Staff is nice. Frew parking.
