This place has quickly become my go-to spot for a sweet treat, and it never disappoints. My absolute favorites are the Peanut Butter Crunch Sundae and the Cake Shake with extra sprinkles!

What really sets Ralph's apart is the amazing service. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Honestly, this place is a joke. The boss is rude, unprofessional, and doesn’t give new workers any real chance to learn or succeed, it’s like she’s waiting for you to mess up the first chance they get. The girls working there aren’t any better. Most of them lack basic customer service skills and walk around with an attitude or stank faces like they don’t want to be there. my girlfriend and I went to get ices for her family at about 9:30 on Monday, June 19. after they took her order they did not acknowledge me for at all. I had asked if they were closing and was responded to very rudely.
