Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dunkin' and it was an amazing experience. The coffee was delicious and the donuts were fresh and flavorful.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure that my order was prepared exactly as I wanted it. They also offered great recommendations for different menu items and were happy to answer any questions I had.

One thing I really appreciated about Dunkin' was the convenience. They had many locations throughout the city, making it easy to grab a quick cup of coffee or a bite to eat on the go.

I am a resident of the area but have not been to this location in a bit and honestly won’t go back if those two employees are there. I asked if one type of drink could be made decaf and was answered so rude. They made both of the drinks incorrectly and gave attitude when I asked for whipped cream on the drink. They over heard my mom and I speaking about something else with my son and one of the employees proceeded to curse at my mother and told her not to bother asking for a manager because she had one more week employed there. Can’t say I’m a big fan of this particular location. It’s always dirty, and the children who work there are usually more interested in flirting with each other or talking to their friends than they are with helping you. Today, there were two people working and one other person in there and it took 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee, which was cold, the wrong size, and not made how I like it!
