Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Some staff poorly trained. I requested a double-toasted English muffin w/butter. When I bit into the english muffin, it was soft and soggy from the butter. No crunch whatsoever. Tasted like a mouth full of wet dough and yeast. Did not eat anymore of it. I returned and showed them, so they could prepare another as I requested. The person who originally waited on me said, " I can't do anything about that, I don't give refunds." I didn't ask for a refund I want it made over the way I requested. A different person stepped in and asked what happened. When I explained it to her, she instructed them to remake it and double toast it. I have to say that I am very upset with this location in terms of ordering online and picking up. So far I have done it 3 times and all 3 times the order was messed up. This is the last time I am ordering online from this place. I love caramel lattes and the 3 times I ordered they put cinnamon on the top. I hate cinnamon. I didn't ask for it. I looked at my orders from the past and in all the orders I was very specific what I wanted. They ALWAYS put cinnamon. Why? I bought 2 donuts, specifically ordered strawberry frosting and chocolate frosting. They were both chocolate. If they didn't have strawberry they should have notified me.
