I am super grateful for Dunkin showing appreciation to nurses during NURSES DAY(as listed in the photos). This establishment was quite unprofessional as they do not know their own company’s promotions. I showed them the online post of the FREE promotion for nurses and they repeatedly refused to believe me. They believed I was trying to just get free coffee for fun and stated that they don’t even give police officers free coffee. CROSS CONTAMINATION! !! And poor customer service. Extremely slow service for such a busy customer flow, I stood there and watched the order maker, put sausage egg and cheese on the counter with no paper underneath then put it into a croissant then again put it back on the counter before putting a paper wrap, aslo saw them use the same knive to cut a sandwich with and with out meat, I would strongly recommend not going there your most likely catching some kinda bacteria germs or virus eating from this...

The service at this location is terrible! Please avoid at all cost. I went in to order one drink and waited for 20minutes . I asked numerous times for the drink that I payed for and never got it.
