We attended a function last Sunday for brunch. Parking was horrible, BUT they have valet parking. The location is good and the staff is pleasant. However, the food needs help... lots of help. The chicken stuffed with broccoli might as well have been radioactive as no one would go near it. I finally tried it and instantly knew why people wouldn't touch it...horrible taste and texture. The pancakes were burned, and the penne a la vodka were also untouchable and inedible. My grandchild, who loves vodka sauce, took one taste and instantly pushed it away. My other grandchild got there late, and we asked for the children's plate, chicken fingers and fries. We were told that the children's food had been distributed earlier, so we're out of luck. My wife insisted that they bring out a plate, and they finally acquiesced. That's kind of a crazy policy, don't you think. He was about 20 minutes late. Needless to say, I would never go back there of my own volition... there's nothing that's really worth going back for. After leaving this venue, the whole family had to go out to eat as we didn't eat much and were hungry. It looks as if the restaurant has a lot of traffic, so there's somebody out there who like it, but for me, it's a no go. I gave out 3 stars, but one of the stars was for location and for most...

It was for brunch. Booked nearly the whole place.
Right after entering the staff was immediately attentive to anything we might have needed, want a high chair? Boom, it's ready.
I made my way to the men's restroom to pee and saw one of the urinals was wet underneath, no idea why, washed up and left. I let the staff know, they thanked me and addressed it immediately. I went back in to wash my hands again before feeding my children, like 5 minutes after the first trip and the floor was spotless, dry and clean.
A staff member came by and asked if we wanted to place orders of chicken tenders and fries for the kids at the table. They brought them out very quickly, even before the main brunch meal began.
During the event, I came to find out the bartender who originally brought me the high chair and made my drinks, also makes balloon animals. He made all the kids balloon animals and even my little one an alien balloon hat. He also makes awesome drinks.
Overall experience was great, kid friendly and...

Menu is extremely limited. Our waitress was more interested in talking to a table of people she knew.
The door leading to the outside eating area swing open and hit my mom - because it had no stop on it and our table was in striking distance of it. It was the bus boy who was bringing us our food. He was so awkward about it and it wasn't his fault and you could see he felt bad but didn't know how to react. The waitress asked if she was okay and my mom said it's her bad shoulder, so not really. That was the last question the waitress asked....because she was again, really busy going back to talk to a table of people she knew. I don't mind wait staff talking to customers, as long as they get themselves covered and/or care about other tables.
my mom asked for the manager, who was very concerned and kind about it. she comped our drinks. However, we wouldn't go back. The waitress was enough to ruin the entire experience and the food was pretty disappointing, compared to Oceanside. It's too bad, it's a...
