King Wok — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Honestly the worst Chinese food place I have ever experienced in my entire life possibly the worst dining/food experience.

Their delivery man walked into my house without ringing the doorbell or knocking just walked right in (side entrance not even the front) to the middle of my kitchen and charged at me to try and assault me. He then threatened me because the person in the restaurant forgot to charge my card for the tip when I specifically said I don’t have cash make sure tip is on card and he told me don’t worry about it next time. Luckily I had a male in the house, the second the delivery guy saw a male his entire demeanor changed he cowered and was begging for forgiveness for trespassing and attempting to assault me in my own home.

Fast forward a year later my sister who was visiting and didn’t know that this was the same restaurant this incident happened with ordered food. She’s pregnant and they said it’s an hour wait she agreed to the wait (cravings I suppose). 2 hours later no food, no answer, no response.

Just go somewhere else, these people are terrible. They don’t know how to treat people let...

Food has no taste, I know this particular fast food don't care cuz no competition around, ruined my dinner but next time I make better decisions like fortune Chinese food or chef Wang... 0 star from me .... I hope the get better one day Even Brooklyn Chinese food in the worst neighborhood has better food then this...

I don't know who the new customer service employee is that is picking up the phone, but she is very rude and gives me as well as other people that order here an attitude from the start. Disappointing that this place is starting to lose their initial quality. Been coming here for years but they've lost...
