I consider myself a connoisseur of bagels, and when I moved to the neighborhood, I stopped looking for bagel places after I found My Three Sons. They’ve really got the Bagel Game locked down, tight. The bagels are the perfect balance of soft and toasted; the customization available for any breakfast item is superb - and in the past four years, I’ve only had one hiccup in an order, which they are quick to rectify if you call them back. Their multicolored holiday bagels are super cute for kids. One piece of advice: no matter what you order, call ahead or order online because they are VERY popular and the indoor space is too tight to wait on line comfortably, which is a testament to their awesomeness.

The bagels are AMAZING! The service not so much. Me and my family buy bagels occasionally and this is our go to place. Food is always good but unfortunately they are very disorganized when it comes to ordering. You place the order, they write it down but they don’t pass the order to the cashier so you always have to repeat everything you ordered so if you have a big family, this can be a little annoying. The young girl at the cashier is not always in the best mood. Overall 100% recommend this place, just wish they would change the ordering/payment situation

I placed an order on Easter Sunday, drove to pick up. Told the woman I spoke to my name is Trini for the order, when my hubby and I arrived for pick up before 2pm the doors were closed. I redialed the number back and was told we don’t have an order here for you and we’re closed… I’m like so where’s the lady I spoke to when I placed my order? The guy didn’t answer he tried to make it seem like I called the wrong location but I didn’t! I verified the address and phone number when the order was placed smh we drove over 25mins to be told this bs no one called us to say they’re closing early when they had my name and number! Very unprofessional staff and waste of time,...

Horrible Experience. Store closes at 4pm. Arrived at 3:35pm. Requested a toasted bagel. Employee refused to toast the bagel as the toaster was already off. The store is open from 6AM. I'm certain the bagels have hardened from the morning and are cold, so my butter would not have melted. If you aren't going to provide all of your services until closing time, then you shouldn't remain open. Could you imagine going to a pharmacy that closes at 8pm and them telling you at 7:35 they couldn't fill your prescription because they had already shut off the pill counting machine? Poor business model. Lost me as a customer. Will not...
