I consider myself a connoisseur of bagels, and when I moved to the neighborhood, I stopped looking for bagel places after I found My Three Sons. They’ve really got the Bagel Game locked down, tight. The bagels are the perfect balance of soft and toasted; the customization available for any breakfast item is superb - and in the past four years, I’ve only had one hiccup in an order, which they are quick to rectify if you call them back. I'm certain the bagels have hardened from the morning and are cold, so my butter would not have melted. If you aren't going to provide all of your services until closing time, then you shouldn't remain open. Could you imagine going to a pharmacy that closes at 8pm and them telling you at 7:35 they couldn't fill your prescription because they had already shut off the pill counting machine? Poor business model. Lost me as a customer. Will not...
