Extremely disappointed with the customer service, false advertisement of food, poor communication, and constant issues with this place.

I have been a customer since the day it opened up and my entire family has ordered from here but after today we will never go back.

They messed up our order, refused to assist with fixing it and said it’s not their issue. They didn’t want to redeliver or offer a refund or anything. So we’re stuck with what was given to us.

Their birria tacos on their menu and website shows a photo of the tacos with their consomme sauce. To be safe we asked for extra consomme. We didn’t receive any at all. They told me “if the picture had a chair. Do you want that too?” And the woman at the front hung up. We couldn’t believe what we just heard. We called back and the restaurant refused to give it to us even offering to pay. We ordered birria tacos, tostados, other food and it was incredibly dry. What is the point of advertising, writing in large letters in the photo saying CONSOMMÉ, and they won’t even provide it when asked afterwords.

After calling to rectify the issues with our order, the lady at the phone said she can’t do anything about it because she’s not management. We requested to speak to someone who is but she said no one is in so we have to deal with it. Not only that she hung up on us 3 times which was extremely rude and refused to let us get our order correctly.

Years of going here with family is now going to be a distant memory because this is the last time I order from here.

To Management, if you’re reading this then respectively you should provide better training for your staff in multiple aspects. Not only that but take out your false advertisements of food that isn’t included but you have it on the site. Also, maybe let them know it’s not good idea to threaten spitting on food, especially to people who work at the hospital near by and place orders for...

Had this place twice now. Once last week, once this week, both on a tuesday. Ordered the same things, Al Pastor Tacos and Steak Nachos, along with Birria tacos and Shrimp tacos last week, and Chicken tacos this week. Ordered in person last week, online this week.

Last week everything was great. The tacos were wonderful, albeit the Al Pastor meat being hard in some sections. The shrimp were juicy and flavorful, and the Birria meat was soft and a little spicy. The nachos were loaded with meat and was super flavorful and broke apart easily.

This week we were told 25 minutes and it came on time. Wonderful, as that’s a fantastically quick time to cook and them deliver food in. Turns out it wasn’t great at all. The chicken was slightly burnt, the al pastor was hard and slightly burnt, and the nachos were burnt in some places, spicy (chipotle sauce spicy), and the steak was tough cubes and tasted burnt as well.

I've only ordered here once but I'll DEFINITELY order again! I LOVE that they are open till 11pm all week!!! I also LOVE that they use ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE, COMPOSTABLE to go containers! 👏👏👏 I ordered 2 QUESADILLAS with CHORIZO, even though that's not a menu option they were NICE enough to accommodate me which I very much appreciated. The quesadillas were REALLY DELICIOUS and were a nice portion size. They came with pico de gallo and crema. There was lettuce inside the quesadillas which I normally wouldn't mind but it got weird when I reheated them. I also ordered a large GUACAMOLE which was good but I would've liked it better with less lemon or lime because it was a bit too tangy for my particular taste. The PICO DE GALLO was very good but I would've liked more cilantro. Upon picking up my order I asked if they had any SALSA and they gave me 2 different ones which were both VERY SPICY so I used very little.
