Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Last time I come to this Moe's! They are horribly managed here and there are a bunch of little kids that dont know how to do things the right way with no guidence. They have some Spanish bald guy that's always there as there so called manager...I even had to take a picture of my chips today as the manager himself put the sour cream in the chip bag! Wow what sense of direction...First time I came here the credit card machine wasnt working at all and this bald manager insisted that my card wasnt good until he started to try charging others and it kept happening. HOW DONT YOU KNOW THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD MACHINES ARE NOT WORKING! He was telling people that there cards were bad. They had already packed my food and by the time I went to an ATM to get cash and got home the food was cold as ice. This bald Spanish manager didnt have the brains to offer warm food and still charged the same price after 45 minutes of disaster for cold food! Second time one of the young boys tried to give me the bottom hard portion of the rice instead of replacing the rice with new rice. Now for the THIRD time I had a little ignorant girl fixing my food named claudia. Her version of extra meat that you pay extra money for was throwing three measly tiny pieces of steak on top of the one spoon of meat that she put in there. Seemed like she was scared to take the full spoon of meat and throw it in the bowl like someone was gonna cut her hand off. RIDICULIOUS! And then when I told her that it wasnt extra meat and asked her already horrible supervisor "the bald guy again" then I got a little more meat cause it was supposed to be 2 spoons. This place needs serious management changes and training for those servers for a food chain. I would rather drive to chipotle from now on then end up cursing out a child and an uneducated adult thats considered...

I wish I could give one star I would. The nerve of the entire staff here defending wrong in this terrible establishment. If you aren’t “Spanish” don’t think you will be treated here with respect. I’ve never felt more humiliated in my life!! As I ordered my food one of the workers right next to my food is wiping the counter with the food that was leftover from previous order all around the counter. The rag itself wasn’t clean obviously and he’s wiping food onto my food. I asked him to not do that for the obvious reason and he continued to do it. I told the person making my food that the last two tacos I didn’t want for that reason and automatically I got an attitude. When I was asking the other workers why was he doing that they told him to stop and he looked at me and said what’s the problem. Who are you guys hiring ? What training are you providing to where common sense isn’t common? What’s the problem? It was also the way he said it to me that really bothered me. When I spoke to the manager she had no care in the world about correcting him! Her response was “well didn’t you get new tacos”? As he continued to wipe the counter down. This place is a joke and if this is your business practice “Moes”you shouldn’t be in business! I will never eat at another Moes again nor will I ever recommend this place! The level of disrespect here at this location ruined me ever doing business in the future. I will be taking...

I love Moe’s so much. I feel a bit judged because my order is very complicated but I don’t care as long as I get my dish and my beautiful food and my chips. I love the burrito bowls. I love my burritos. I love it. I really do especially the rice they have. I can add so much customization options even if inventory don’t want to customize they always do because my orders are spectacular. The most complicated yet amazing pieces I think anyone has ever seen even chipotle can’t handle my order, but guess what they did. They handled my orders with such professionalism, even though I can tell that it was a really hard order. I even told my mom about the experience because I can never go back to any other place this place is the only place that accepted my complicated orders. I love burrito bowls I really do. I can eat like 17 of them in the day and I will still want more burritos. You can never have too many burrito bowls I love it there I really do. I also like the free refill section. Never mind it’s not free my friend Said but either way I really like it. I know how much every one loves Mexican food and I love Mexican food as much as the next white guy.
