So I posted a picture of this so called manger. She was extremely rude to me today. She approached me very rudely I wonāt ever be coming back to this location. I come here at least 4-5 times a week. And I was accused of āstealing drinksā when i told her I am not stealing any drinks I pay for the membership that your store offers that allows you to have free refills. She stated Thatās fine but you still have to go to the front and ask for a cup. I ordered the cup on the app and ate my breakfast there. I had my own personal cup and just filled it with water for later and that was an issue ? I pay for my monthly membership so there shouldnāt be any issue. I went back to my seat and heard her and another two customers talking about it . She should act like a manager and not talk about an incident that just happen literally just now to customers behind me it made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Sheās disgusting and very rude and I can not believe she is a manager I guess they just hiring anyone without customer service. And I addressed her to let her now I have a membership for drinks so you can know so you donāt think Iām āstealing drinksā because I do come there offend and she got very defensive and nasty with me. On the first call the team member hung up on me while I was explaining to her my situation. I had to call several times and they answered when I used my sisterās phone to call. As soon as I walked up to the counter, my partner and I were made to feel extremely unwelcome by her facial expressions. As I looked at the menu to choose an item, she stepped back to the oven behind her and crossed her arms as if we were wasting her time and gave us a very nasty look when she asked if we wanted anything else, without us doing anything to her. When we walked away after ordering, my partner noticed her hostility continued as she turned her head to look at us in disgust.
