So I posted a picture of this so called manger. She was extremely rude to me today. She approached me very rudely I won’t ever be coming back to this location. I come here at least 4-5 times a week. And I was accused of “stealing drinks” when i told her I am not stealing any drinks I pay for the membership that your store offers that allows you to have free refills. She stated That’s fine but you still have to go to the front and ask for a cup. I ordered the cup on the app and ate my breakfast there. I had my own personal cup and just filled it with water for later and that was an issue ? I pay for my monthly membership so there shouldn’t be any issue. I went back to my seat and heard her and another two customers talking about it . She should act like a manager and not talk about an incident that just happen literally just now to customers behind me it made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. She’s disgusting and very rude and I can not believe she is a manager I guess they just hiring anyone without customer service. And I addressed her to let her now I have a membership for drinks so you can know so you don’t think I’m “stealing drinks” because I do come there offend and she got very defensive and nasty with me. I am still in disbelief that’s she’s a manager and she told me I should go to another location if I don’t like the rules . Mind you she should speak to her employees and let them know that customers aren’t allowed to bring their own cups and I asked them if it’s okay if I can use my own personal cup and they say yes not a problem . I will contact corporate because this is the first time this has happen to me and she embarrassed me in front of other customers. That shouldn’t happen especially if I’m a paying customer.
