Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I am a big starbucks lover and get it almost everyday. as this is my local starbucks, you can imagine I’m here quite often. however, in the past few months I have noticed that the quality of this starbucks has been fluctuating. they make amazing drinks, however that is only if they have the items in stock. so far I have seen them be out of matcha, out of cold brew twice, and out of many different food items and cold foam options. this is a shame as I love to experiment with my drinks and try new items, but it really has become a gamble of if the item is in stock or not. I also like to come here and bring my laptop to relax and hang out. however, one day when I came with my boyfriend, we sat at a long table and noticed it was absolutely filthy. right next to the table was a "meeting" with the starbucks employees and corporate (I assume). there were about 6 people at the table, all wearing their starbucks shirts. normally I would assume they were too busy to notice but most of them were just sitting and talking and laughing so it wasn't like it was a heated discussion or anything. I thought it was interesting that they were all sitting right next to a filthy table and I had to squeeze by them to grab a napkin to clean the table. that was also the day they were out of a few food items. I just wanted to bring this to the attention of managers and staff becuase I want this starbucks to do as well as the rest of them and hope that...

Came in June 26th around 2 pm and I saw a cup I liked so I took it to the register and they said “we can’t sell this until tomorrow.” I asked why it was out for sale if they couldn’t sell it. The barista said, “We put it out the day before to get ready.” I’ve worked retail before. I thought to myself why would they put it out at 2 pm instead of waiting until closing time. Ok no biggie. I bought the cup about 30 minutes later at Starbucks in Target. On this same visit I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Bagel comes out, barista apologizes and informs me there isn’t any cream cheese. She does however offer me a different sandwich free of charge.

I come back a few weeks later and the barista walks up to the register and just stares at me and I’m not sure if he’s ready to take my order so I wait and he is dead silent so I order and give him my cup. I get my drink and there’s not a single cube of ice. I ordered an iced chai tea latte. ICED lol

I’ll just stick to the other Starbucks in the area and avoid this...

I’m not one to complain. But, today I had order a single drink at this location by app. Got to the location and waited as everyone that came in after me and ordered at the register received their drinks before me. I know that it can get busy and they might be understaffed but know one bothered to ask me what I was waiting for. When someone I was with did say something they looked for the sticker. Apparently they made the drink, but no one said anything. Then someone else I was with said something and they employees rolled eyes and pointed down at a drink that was hot. When we said the cold was the employee argued with us saying no it was hot. It was hot. That’s what you ordered. I double checked our app and we ordered a cold drink. The fact that I left with just a four dollar gift card and no drink is completely...
