Subway — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Ok so I hate to do this review, but I have to because this is the 2nd time it has happened. Now, first I must say the young men that make the sandwiches take their time and listen to how you want your sandwiches. I have no complaints about the freshness of the food. Even though the bread wasn't that fresh the last time I was there, but usually everything is fresh. Now, what bothers me is when you walk into an establishment and its very noticeable that you are being talked about in another language. I could careless that another language is being spoken, but when it seem as if you are the topic of discussion thats where the problem comes in for me. When the customer is being served and the discussion continues in another language its a little a rude. I could have been a General Manager and they had no clue. I thought it was just me but another young lady walked in and the same thing was done. I just hope they work on that so other customers don't feel away. I love the food but the workers here are terrible. Today 7 / 31 / 2024 at 12:55 pm a girl african American about 25 years Les or more. Throw my order of 3 long sandwiches in the garbage she toasted and Asked me from far way what else did I want I said I can’t see bc other people where being served and the inside view was impossible to see So I said when you get to it I tell you one by one she said have a nice day throw all 3 in the garbage and Went in the back room hiding I called and ask for her name She was like ohhhh and got hiding in the back room I was surprised how she throw like that bc I couldn’t tell names of vegetables from far way. ((( I didn’t pay yet and I didn’t care but It was disrespectful For the business )) I have pictures from her garbage can so who ever pay this people to do the job need to keep an eye ,if she was tired or whatever made her sad before is not costumers problem to wait 20 min and get out empty thank...

This Subway is trash!!! I used to come here when the stop n shop was in this shopping area, it had a decent staff that made decent sandwiches.. the other day a stop by to get a sandwich, it has a bunch of rude young ppl working there now that don’t even greet you no hello or nothing, no common courtesy. The person that made my Sandwich kept dropping pieces of the meat, was throwing the meat( not the same slices)on sandwich and the doozy for me wasthat they didn’t have mayonnaise!!! I asked you guys ran out he said yea.. SMH i still bought the sandwich and said I’ll never come...
