Hi, I have visited this place with my family, and order so may times to this location but never have experience this kind of worst services. Every time I went there was in early evening but today I went around 10:35 around. The person was giving me the food was horrible behavior. I order spicy chicken tacos (the new one in the menu) and the spicy chicken burritos (the new one in the menu) was requesting him if he could swap the green sauce to green chili queso dip, he told me that its doesn't come and I have to pay extra, I told him when I ordered I could not find in tab. if you want I can pay. he told he that I have to wait he has more customer to serve in the drive thru.
I was waiting almost for five minutes then I asked another person for the sauce and given my one to swap then he asked him again and he said he is taking care of that again I waited 3-5 mins then in the mean time my food is getting cold. then I got upset ask him give my sauce back which I have given to you and and ask for Manager. He showed me another person, he told me that he is manager but I dont think so . because that guy was letter ally using the word '' F" word in front of me and told me to leave the restaurant which is really disrespectful for me and my family. I was very upset and told him " who you are to tell me this ??? in front of the person introduce him self Manager. and I said in front of manager how can you use the " F" word in front of everyone, what kind of customer service is this ??? Dont you think that I am a customer and you haven't finish with me yet! I asked his name, he denied and there is no name tag on his t-shirt so I can see.
It's really not about the sauce actually !!! It's all about the customer services and customer's self respect!
I am also working in Red Lobster. So I know how the services should go on. We people do mistake but Employee use this kind of bad word to customer. Never Compromised To be honest! I don't believe the Taco Bell should also appreciate this kind of incident near future! It will be Highly appreciated and I humbly requesting you, if you could check the camera recording inside the restaurant in front of cashier section on 03/08/2025 between time 10:30 pm to 10:45pm on Lawrence Location, it will be clear out everything!!!

Read moreCustomer service trumps food service everytime. What’s the point of having an overnight pick up window for Uber drivers if the closing staff refuses to use it? On 08/25 approximately 12:20am, I pulled into this location to pick up an order. Instruction in the uber app given by the store management says to pick up from window after 12:00am lobby will be close. Problem is the door leading to that window was locked. I then drive through drive through waited for 2 cars to be served then was told once i got to the window to come back in 3 mins, through drive thru. The drive orders come first even if I was waiting 10 mins before they showed up. (3-4 cars did come behind me as i was waiting) so i asked humbly if they could hand me the food at the pick up window. I was told “I won’t do that, and they DO NOT HAND UBER DRIVERS ORDERS AT THE PICK WINDOW AFTER 12:00am, sorry there’s nothing we can do, after 12 doors are locked”. I then provided & read the instructions I was given through the uber app which was to pick up at the window also added, that no where in the pick up instructions does it say for uber drivers to go through drive thru. The employee was dehumanizing and arguing that he will not do that. I said & I quote “I don’t want to infuriate you, my truck struggled to fit through the tight squeeze, can you please i begged come around the counter and hand me the food in the front. Again i begged, I also asked him to have a heart”. Very dehumanizing experience for picking up a paying customer food. I had to BEG to get the customers food in a decent manner. He replied back “just this one time”. I’ll spare his name since he did get another employee cleaning the lobby (who was on his phone while cleaning) to hand me the order but this location needs to be better. I advise management to remind closing staff even though they are unsupervised they need to follow company Rules & Regulations on the clock. Read moreEverytime we go to taco bell, we are very disappointed. First we was sent to a newly opened one in far Rockaway ny. I ordered a chicken taco bellagrande. I ordered chicken because the beef to me is very salty and gave me a headache, this was years ago, so I never ordered until now because they are new in the neighborhood and I wanted to support them. I ordered chicken bellagrande. I was surved beef instead, I took it back the cashier said beef was ordered anyway the original cashier who took the order said she made a mistake here comes the manager asking the original cashier if I ordered chicken instead of just changing my order. I asked her if I don't think I would have known if I ordered beef. She was acting as if she did not want to replace my meal. Also we decided to go to another one nearby today. My friend asked for taco fries freshly dropped we got cold instead, she gave it back and got what she wanted , so she got her fries, tacos and drinks and of course my bellagrande.
