The store is awesome, Never too crowded and always organized with new items most of the time, overall well run, but I frequent this store and Everytime I go it takes a piece of me when I reach to the cashier's, I'm usually very patient but they really need a lot of customer service training, They ring you up with attitude and carelessness if not they always talking to someone behind the counter and forget about you, Last week I Applied for a credit card and the promo was to get 10% off, Mind me she did not give me the discount and when I asked her She said, well I have to cancel everything and ring it up again with the most horrible attitude do you want to do that? I have been shopping here since the store opened and never have been more disrespected. , One of the associates brought a price for an item, and I questioned how she came up with the price, because the item brand nor description didn't match what I was getting. She gestured for me to shut up, and when I told her that I am the consumer, and I have the right to ask questions, she practically wanted to fight me in the store. She got very rowdy, loud, cursed me out, threatened me and caused a big scene in the store while I was with my child. No one intercepted. Went there on Friday , 09/23/2022, and was harassed by the store manager. The employee who works in the fitting room was rude and didnt make any eye contact. She radio called her store manager that i had my bf in the ladies fitting room and banged on the door standing there for 5mins. She rushed me by saying “i need you to get dressed and have him leave so i can get back to what I’m doing” . She was completely dismissive and did allow me to get a word in. The other customers in the fitting room thought me and my bf were stealing. I asked for a 10% because i was so dissatisfied with how the store manager treated us, and even that was a hassle.
