Utopia Peruvian Cuisine (Ex Chevere Pollo a la Brasa ) — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I was passing by Freeport, and decided to stop in to enjoy some Peruvian food. This place has a new name, Utopia, but still has the same chef (according to the employees). I've never been here before, so I wanted to try their food. The service was good.... the waitress was friendly, prompt, and knew the menu well. I ordered Pollo a La Brasa, and my friend ordered the Lomo Saltado.. it was good and tasty, but nothing spectacular. However, the sauces (aji verde, rocoto, ajo) could use a lot less salt. Also, the red wine option (Sutter Home 🥴) wasn't the best, & it had been refrigerated.... never...

Absolutely Outstanding Peruvian Cuisine

I had the pleasure of dining at Utopia Peruvian Cuisine, and I can honestly say it was the best food I’ve ever had. Every dish was full of flavor, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented.
