I’ve given this place so many chances, but the last time I went, I promised I would not go there again. Staff is very slow and rude. They will see you standing there waiting to order or pay, and they will walk away or look the other way. There is a line and the staff will start full blown conversations with customers they know instead of taking the next customer. The last time I went, there was a soccer game on, so the store was FULL of people sitting at the tables they have in front. I must’ve said excuse me 3 times, and the people would not move. The owner was there and he didn’t ask any of his friends to move. I think this is very unprofessional. You are running a business, not hanging out with your friends at home. I went to the place to ask for a ribeye, and they gave me a super dry tough piece of meat. After putting the meat to a barbecue, we were severely disappointed.
