This particular restaurant had been desirable for years. Since post-covid lockdown, service has been extremely slow. Portions are sinfully small and whoever the management is at this place must be instructing the workers to half the portions. For example I bought a grilled chicken sand-which via drive-thru window when i got home to eat it I noticed the grilled chicken pattie was cut in half; so it was half a grilled chicken placed on the sandwich bun. This was the second time in a week I got this sandwich from this particular Wendy's and two out of two times the chicken was half of the size it was suppose to be. This infuriated me.
Second the salads are another rip off; If you buy a large apple chicken salad the portion they give you is that of a small but they put it in a LARGER TRAY. American businesses unfortunately are getting greedier and greedier and operate without any moral or ethical compass.
Don't get me wrong i believe in profit making and totally believe in business enterprise. However, I have a problem with business taking advantage of there customers by robbing them. If you say something is large and people are paying for that; Then please don't give them a half full container of something when the container should be full. Also french fries I seldom get these but stated i would splurge so i got a large french frie, once again drive thru window i got home to eat it there were exactly twelve french fries in the container. I broke out laughing the fries cost me a little more than three bucks and all i get are twelve small french...
Read moreI went here on a late night anecdotally get Wendy or fast food for that matter but people and my coworker usually speak high of Wendy's and that isn't a bit healthier than other fast food places
Wendy's in general must have fallen off but i thought their fries at least would be good at least that's what I remembered so when I got home, the fries didn't look good at all. It looked like they were sitting there for a while and then my husband took a bite and spit it out. He said they're horrible and he eat fast food so they must've really even bad. I tried it and I was so upset that I drove all the way home without tasting a fry. I guess that's my fault. I drove all the way back to Wendys and the person was nice enough to switch out the fries for me and give me a fresh batch. He also asked me if I would like a dessert to make up for my inconvenience so I took a dessert and I went home with the new fries, but the fries did taste like they were freshly made, but the oil must be the culprit. It taste like that oil has been there since before they did their renovations. I don't know what's going on, but the dessert was not worth it at all and the dessert really wasn't that good either I was just really upset. We spent like $30 on Wendys never...
Read moreThis is a mixed bag for me. So let me make this clear. The food is always fresh, and always delicious (insofar as one could expect from a fast food place). The servers are also nice enough people. That said? They WILL get your order wrong (when it comes to the drive-through service... I've never had this problem at the front counter). You can bank on that. The spot is convenient for me, and as such, I'll stop by late night to get a bite before heading home. ALMOST EVERY TIME, they forget a part of my order or get it wrong. It's incredibly frustrating, but it has a simple solution. When they give you the order from a drive through request, DON'T MOVE. Stay right there, go though your bag, and make sure you're getting everything you paid for. To their credit, when you point it out, they resolve it quickly, so no harm, no foul. For real, I must have donated about $50 to the Wendy's company so far from the various times I've arrived home just to find a part of my order missing. If they could fix this, it would be a 5-star review. Side note re: the drive through: Yes, it's a tight fit. But unless your driving a camper, a 1970 Cadillac, or don't know what you're doing, you'll be fine. Just drive slow and careful, and...
