Whipped Treats — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I honestly love this place their smoothies are really good and their patties are phenomenal( crispy and flaky).Their customer service is okay. Only problem that i have is that they never have a substantial about of patties. Every time i call no matter what time of the day, they always inform that they have 1 chicken, 2 ackee , 4 fish, and 1 callaloo patty. All the patties are pretty good but if you wanted to get a particular flavor in bulk, that’s not happening.

Update: This is nothing new but they’re customer service has gotten even worst. I would call trying to place my order and the employee would rush me off the phone. I don’t know what it is but they need new employees because i really didn’t think their customer service could get any worst.

2022 update: FINALLY, they have new staff. The previous staff was bad for business. Patties are great, smoothies are great, and costumer...

I was just in here a few days ago and that will be my last time. I’ve been here many times before but I can’t bother with the mean and unpleasant demeanor from the women at the counter. It’s the same experience every time, most times I don’t let it bother me because the smoothies are good.

They answer customers like we’re annoying to them they don’t even give a pleasant hello or attempt to have light hearted conversation or just make a recommendation for one of their many products.

I can go outside of my neighborhood and even down the street and get better service.

Hire people who take pride in serving the community...

I had to revise my orginial review...Looking for a light, flakey, and healthy soy pattie. You can't go wrong here, however, this place is unable to meet the demand for patties. They are always OUT which is annoying and its an absolute headache when they are unable to take debit so you have to pay cash. Unfortunately, you never know until you are there hungry with a debit card but today its cash only. It's a consistent issue so I don't bother to go without calling but 97.8% of the time they are out so I drive to Veggie Castle. They always have patties. It's rare they don't have them.
