Wow Sushi — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

As someone is who is pretty discerning when it comes to my Sushi / Sashimi .. This is one of the better local places near me.

Ordered over the phone for pickup but then realized.. I had a last minute virtual meeting to attend. Called back and they had no issues flipping it to delivery.

Food arrived with no issues and was fresh and tasty. The Sushi was well put together and didnt fall apart when dipping into the wasabi soy sauce. Its as one should expect even though its take out.

As compared to other closer places.... Wow Sushi is worth the extra 3 minutes of driving - there is a huge difference in quality and SKILL of how the Sushi is made! Or in my case.. delivery had to drive those...

For years we’ve ordered for pickup a couple of times a month and never had an issue with an order. Last week I realized our edemame was missing once I got home. I called Wow and they offered to deliver it to us- they rang my bell within 15 minutes, and gave us an extra order of edemame to make up for the error. I also received a call later that evening from the restaurant to check that all had been resolved. Excellent customer service, and the freshest, most tasty sushi you can get in the area....

The sushi deluxe was disappointing. The fish is not cut properly, was tough, or not of good quality. I gave this restaurant another chance because I had a very good experience the 1st visit but the past three visits were not up to par.

The spider roll didn’t have as much crab as the 1st visit so I will probably not...
