Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

I made my order the night before and every single drink I got was made well over an hour prior and I know this for a fact. My iced coffee was clear muck looking with tiny little cubs (you can tell sat there a while.) I requested not one but two sweet syrups and it came bitter and watery. The Coolatta® was completely room temp and separated. Strawberry Dragonfruit Dunkin' Refresher was clear with tiny ice again. Keep in mind these were supposed to be light ice so even if it didnt sit these wouldnt be this watered down. I called to speak to an employee because 35 dollars later and we couldn’t even enjoy them. They answered the phone with an attitude, and her only words were hello. No clear indication that you were actually calling a Dunkin’ Donuts. Then went on to bicker back and forth with me as if I was making this up with one excuse after the other. I have ordered coffee from DoorDash plenty of times and have never had my drinks show up looking like this. The woman then finished the conversation off by saying that she was unwilling to help me unless I showed up in person. Refusing to give me a refund over the phone. I will not be returning to...

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I will never come back to this dunkin again. A very rude young man took my order this evening and argued with me that I ordered oatmilk instead of whole milk for my green matcha latte when I asked him at the window since I saw it looked like it was not made properly and on top of that he was trying to give me food I didn't order. He argued with me over and over saying I said oat milk and not whole milk. I told him you should never argue with a customer and he looked so angry and had a poor attitude about his mistake. I told him sorry you misheard me and left. He gave me another drink made with whole milk and didn't even fill it up all the way. I just ended up drinking the one with oatmilk. The only reason I gave two stars was because I felt bad for the young guy who seemed to have been doing everything while the other three staff were taking their sweet time. I had ordered 2 coffees two bagels and six donuts. When I got the window they didn't have the right order and were not prepared at all. I was asked to pull up front to wait on the donuts because apparently they were out... not sure how a place that has donuts in their name runs out, but it could of been a busy morning. So after waiting five mins in the car I head inside and waited another 10 mins. The younger guy was very apologiectic about the whole thing and offered me something while I waited.
