Worst seafood place i have ever been to. I usually donāt leave reviews but my experience here was horrible. I usually go to a different place but went here because my bf chose it and I like trying new places. Went inside and it took a few minutes for anyone to even greet us. Got sat in a booth with a really bright overhead light that gave me a headache but asked our server to move us to a different booth with no light and she did. Our server chloe was very nice and the only good part of our experience here. Me and my bf ordered a pound of snow crab leg to split because I usually donāt finish an entire bag myself, as well as the garlic bread. Garlic bread came out first and it was literally just bread soaked in oil with garlic bits on top. My bf liked it but to me it just tasted like oil. Then our 1lb crab came out and there were only 2 crab clusters and one corn and one potato in the bag. At the other places iāve been to, they give at least 4 clusters and 1-2 corn and a lot of potato. Didnāt really like the sauce either, not a lot of flavor. Also they donāt put down a sheet of paper over the table like most places do. And instead of a crab leg breaker, they give you these small claw scissors that worked well for the crab legs but not for the crab claw. The workers were nice, and the atmosphere was cozy and enjoyable, but 30$ for 2 crab clusters, 1 half corn and a single small potato is crazy. That means if someone orders a half pound of crab, theyāre only getting 1 crab cluster and no potato or corn since it only comes with a pound. Me and bf are still hungry despite being people that donāt eat much but didnāt want to spend 30 more dollars on that small...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet me start off by saying I have a huge platform on TikTok with over 5 million followers and I recorded my entire experience at this restaurant including the conversation with the manage. This was by far the worst restaurant I have ever experienced. We go in and there are people screaming at the top of there lungs singing songs as if this is a karaoke show. No one of management does anything about it. Me and my partner decided to leave but before we do we speak with the manager about the issue and he blames us for ānot being able to handle the noiseā and literally yelling at us saying it was our fault somehow even though we were not the only table complaining. This is a restaurantā¦a SEAFOOD restaurant not a club or bar. My girlfriend literally has autism and was crying at how loud it was. Itās one thing for there to be a lot of noise or loud talking but this was beyond that. There was a table of 13 people literally screaming so loud that all of the other tables around us were uncomfortable as well. Even the waitress was uncomfortable but was scared to tell her boss because he is rude. If you as a manager is so scared to tell a table of people they need to calm down and your own staff is afraid of you, you should not be in business at all. For a $80 check I should be able to have a nice dinner without feeling like Iām at the club and at least be able to talk to managers who have some sort of understanding and respect. He was extremely ableist and beyond rude. I will never be going here again and will be telling...

3-29-2025 - I had initially gave them a five-star review until we went back a second time. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, no one was cleaning them, they are extremely small and most were unusable due to no one maintaining them. I understand busy, which they were, but keeping your bathroom clean is a big one for me. Menu options were different this time around. They did not offer the same thing that we were looking for from our last visit But the thing that actually upset me was the 18% Forced gratuity for big parties of people. As if the $250 I spent there, plus the money our other guests spent, plus the tip I would have given wasn't enough. They added an extra $50 onto my bill alone. That's not counting what they forced the other people in my party to pay. Had they not forced gratuity, they probably would have made more in tips off of the 6 of us. In simple terms, Extortion is defined as forcing money from people. I probably will not be returning. It should be my choice to decide how much of a tip I want to leave. Everyone in my party was going to individually leave a $20 tip, but because they forced us to tip they only got what they forced. Had the gratuity not been forced they would have had a $120....
